The Federal Ministry of Health of Nigeria has made a social media post to inform the public of the dangerous public health content in Olamide’s trending street anthem, Wo!
The government agency took to Twitter to pass the information to the public, stating that the song and its video contains lyrics and visuals that violate the ban on Tobacco advertising, promotion, sponsorship provision of the National Tobacco Control Act 2015.
The government sponsored organization made this comment with intent to “clear the air” but the fans won’t have any of it, as they seem to hold the agency up to ridicule.
